Share your computer screen using CrossLoop:

Download the program at http://www.crossloop.com/download.htm
Scroll to the bottom of the page (ignoring the Professional Edition - which costs money) and click on the link called "Skip CrossLoop Pro - Take me to the free version of CrossLoop. It is for my personal use and I understand that it will be supported by advertising"
Download/Install/Run the program.
You can skip the registration stuff.
When we are both running the program, I'll need your "Access Code" to find you. (It's different each time you run the program)
You can find your access code by clicking in the "Share" tab of the CrossLoop application.
We both press "Connect"
The person that clicked on the "share" tab will receive a prompt to accept the connection
